General Terms and Conditions

• The entire accommodation is rented out as a rental complex.

• A deposit of €250 is required, payable by bank transfer. This deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure, provided no damage has been found.

• Maximum 4 adults allowed. More than 4 adults is not possible.

• Student parties, bachelor parties and drinking parties are strictly prohibited.
  

Facilities

• All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi 5G and provide bed linen.

• There is ample parking, including space for bicycles.

• Netflix is available on our television.
  

Additional Options

• Sauna can be optionally rented for €60, to be paid on site.

• The prices stated include VAT, bed linen and bath linen.
  

House rules

• Pets are not allowed.

• Please take good care of our belongings and respect the accommodation.
  

Payments

• Payments can be made via Bancontact, credit card or cash.

• Check-in from 4 p.m.

• Check-out until 11am
